SIZING
The faux nipple piercing stays on securely due to the elastic silicone noose. I do offer them in white and black, as well as in different sizes. Medium should work for most, but please refer to the "Nipple Size Guide" in the photos for details.
Nipple diameter and size:
<11mm = Small
<14mm = Medium
<18mm = Large
Remember that it will always fit even when you get a larger size, but not if you buy it too small. If it is slightly larger, more of the silicone ring will be showing on the sides, that's it.
Please note that this style might not work or stay on very long with inverted nipples.

There is no neck clasp in this design. It is one long chain (that the nipple rings are connected to). 
To check which size you need, take a string and wrap it around your neck as you see in the photos and see how much slack you want or need - how long is that string?
We offer these two sizes:
40" (as shown on the model)
46" (ideal for larger torso/breasts)
If you want it longer, please write it in a note when ordering and I'll happily adjust it. 

WHAT
The center connected part is adjustable. It has the tendency to eventually lower itself, but wrapping the bead dangle around the center one more time does secure it up there. To adjust the chain higher, grab both lower chains and gently wiggle them up. To adjust the chain lower, grab both upper chains and gently wiggle them down (like shown in the video). I'm sure you'll figure it out. :)


MATERIALS
The chains are stainless steel (non tarnish). The beads are made out of stainless steel. The little metal jump rings I use are all stainless steel with a platinum plating.
The white nooses are made of silicone, the black ones are nitrile rubber. 
I thoroughly test all metal plated components to make sure they do not tarnish, so these creations should be sweat and waterproof.
