Why are many products not available in the EU?
Starting December 13 2024 there are new product safety guidelines in place (GPSR), which makes it quite hard and complicated for small businesses to comply with. Products that have been offered to the EU before December 13 are exempt from that rule. Thus, those products are still up for sale to my dear EU peeps. However, all newer products I am not allowed to offer/ship to the EU. Switzerland and Norway are an exception, in case you know someone... ;)
What if I want to return my order?
If you are not happy with your pieces or the fit isn’t right, you have 30 days after receiving them to return them back to me or exchange them. Please get in contact with me before doing so. If there is no problem with the product itself, the return shipping costs are covered by you. The shipping of the exchange product will then be covered by me.
I want to gift this to someone. How will this work?
All items will come in a little paper jewelry box with a bow, put into a discrete bubble mailer. The shipping label and envelope does not disclose what's inside. So your mom could safely get the envelope without a single cue.
If you ordered more than one item, I will try to fit multiple into said box or pouch. If you want them separately to gift to multiple people I will gladly do so. Just send me a note with your purchase so I know.
I always add a little hand written thank you note or sticker to you with the little boxes. If you want me to leave this blank so you can add a note yourself or want me to write a special custom note, please also indicate so in a note when ordering.
The beads seem to wrap around my nipples when I put it on, they don’t lay flat. What do I do?
This can happen, especially with the thinner silicone rings, but no worries, there’s a little trick to prevent it and keep the beads flat.
You have to push the beads as far apart as possible. Then carefully place the noose around your nipple and try not to twist the noose inwards. Check if it lays flat in that position. And now use your fingers to push the beads towards the middle so it stays put.
If you need a little instruction video or have further questions, please shoot me a message.
What are the care instructions?
I am doing my best to choose the best materials (whilst affordable) that are tarnish resistant, and gold or silver plated (ideally with the PVD technique), but depending on the use, after a while they could still change their appearance slightly.
To prevent that, try to limit contact with water, lotions, oils, and other liquids or chemicals. Try to use a little cloth to wipe it off before storing it away.
But even if it happens, it’s an easy fix:
Mix one tablespoon of salt and one tablespoon of baking soda with one cup of warm water. Add your piece into it. The mixture will create a chemical reaction and bubble as it cleans the jewelry. Afterwards, rinse with cool water and buff dry with a clean cloth.
